TRIATHLON:

 

Ensure that you have all 3 disciplines firing to their potential with a technique session:

  • Running off the bike - fresh legs and speed
  • Conditioning specific to triathlon

One on one technique/skills sessions cost $80 per hour.

The time to the meeting point is not charged for.
