Our goal this morning was to finally crack 300m of climbing, and that we did with 390m! Best way to keep warm on a freezing morning!

Kinetic Edge and Avanti Plus Mt Eden are having a monthly after work drinks get together. This will be a regular thing and it will be the first Friday of each month.

Coach Aaron Strong lived up to his name on Saturday winning the Mauku Mountain Classic at Counties Manukau. Nice work Strongman!

Kinetic Edge athlete Toni Bradshaw finished 3rd in Sundays Tour of America’s Dairyland Stage 2.
Away in an early breakaway, Toni rode aggressively but couldn’t quite shake the last two riders in the break.
